RESERVATION AGREEMENT

SECTION I                   Please make checks payable to Christian Retreat Center

$25.00 per person per night without bed linens

$30.00 per person per night with bed linens
$300 minimum group fee per night
We do not offer any discounts
Day rates for those joining your group is $4.00 per person
Extended stay past check out time (11AM) is $50.00 plus $4.00 per person for the day
Extended stays past 6 PM will be charged for an additional night.
THERE IS TO BE NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, AND NO PETS ON THE PREMISES.
No baby beds are available. You must bring your own bassinet(s)

  • A refundable security deposit of $200.00 must accompany this form to insure your date(s) and cover any damages caused during your stay.
  • A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel less than four weeks prior to the start of your reservation.
  • 25% of your total rent fee will be due 30 days prior to the start of your arrival and the balance will be due upon your departure.
  • If damage has been done by your group (or their guests), repair cost will be withheld  from your security deposit.
  • A complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and freezer is provided so groups may prepare their own meals, if desired, but they must be clean after each meal. Meals are not included in your fee(s).
  • Bed linens, pillow and blanket and towels are provided, but no Retreat Center towels or blankets may be removed from the Center. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Use of kitchen, dining room, seminar room, games, outdoor play, beach areas and parking area are included in your rental fee(s).

RELEASE

SECTION II

Sickness and accident insurance is not provided by Fort Myers Beach Christian Retreat Center, nor does Fort Myers Beach Christian Retreat Center or any associates thereof assume responsibility for accidents. We suggest that groups secure an accident policy or use their current group policy.

SUPERVISION AND CONDUCT

SECTION III

This is a Christian Retreat Center in a residential resort setting. We expect patrons to conduct themselves in a Christian manner to influence others for Christ.  We require at least one supervisor to reside in any room where teenagers are housed and otherwise have minors well supervised at all times.  This includes in or on Retreat Center grounds. The church/group submitting and signing this application agrees to comply with this requirement.

I the undersigned am a representative of the above named church/group and am authorized to sign this contract on behalf of the same. The above church/group does agree to comply with the terms of this contract, including Section II
